Took me awhile, but I got it finished. The production quality is a lot better than the last one, mostly because better software.

Will listen tonight. Or tomorrow.

Sounds good, your production value has gotten better indeed. The vocals stand out a tiny bit too much and could use a bit of tweaking imo, but it's a tiny detail.

I can't seem to find a medium. They either tend to be too buried, or stick out a bit much.

Are you using a compressor on your vocals?

I have a compressor on the entire song(s). I don't wanna go too crazy on compression, though I have tried it, and it made the vocals too quiet, or it distorts things a bit.

Maybe try just compressing what you need, not the entire song?

Probably because you'd be compressing vocals and then compressing the song. In essence, vocals would get compressed twice.
