Okay, that's what I thought. So that 4chan post really is just a rant about due-type guys, to which I agree is justified.

Well the second post seems like the guy used to be like Due, but got carried away with it and it ended up costing him some friends and family.

They're also typically keyboard warriors too. I think for a lot of the SJ crowd, that 4Chan post is a bit overboard. Like a lot things, there's a horrible extreme (as described in that post) and there's the not-as-bad-but-still-frustrating majority. They criticise 'narrow-mindedness' and 'ignorance' but IMO they often hold some of the most narrow-minded and ignorant stances on things.

I still remember during the summer, Will was discussing to Element if he even participates in activism in his community, or even did anything in real life, and Element admits he doesn't do anything because he thinks it's too much trouble. That's what I find annoying with the SJ crowd is that most of them don't do anything besides just be keyboard warriors.
I still remember that big shitstorm I caused back in like September when I called Element out on how he's fighting against racism, but he bullies UGers like the Bronies and he said "I don't see why I can't make fun of nerds for being weird" and pretty much said "while I understand bullying is a serious issue, it's not as bad as racism, so it's okay for me to bully people". I was busy for the next couple of days, so I couldn't see what else happened, but Phils sent me a PM saying that Element got in a huge bitch fit trying to defend his right to bully bronies.

Wow, I never realised it got that bad. I'm glad I left that place, it's like all the extremes cooped up in one cesspool if misguided hatred.
He lost any and all credibility when I told him how condoning and participating in bullying pretty much invalidates his SJ work, and his response was pretty much on the lines of "I fight against racism so nothing I do can make me wrong about it", like somehow that cancels out anything wrong he does.
That's another thing that really kills me over SJ stuff, is that a lot of them are pretty much admitting "because I fight against racism, I can't be wrong about it." I guess they don't realize that just because you're against something that's generally considered bad, doesn't mean you can't be wrong or an idiot about it.
That's kinda why I hate that shit. It takes one thing about a person and bases their entire being on that one thing. Said a racist joke once? Well you're obviously scum.
People make mistakes. Say stupid things. Have close-minded viewpoints. It doesn't make them bad people. It's just one thing about them. Mostly things they can change if you actually spoke to them about it. But that's not what anyone does. They just attack and berate. Because telling someone to kill themselves is going to stop them from having sexist tendencies apparently. That's why that Tumblr stuff (and really any super liberal site) is so annoying. They don't want to fix anything. They just want to feel superior about themselves and demean others. Which is exactly what they think they are fighting.
Aaaaaand that's partly why I left UG.
Somewhat on the same subject, I can't stand people who compare themselves to the worst instead of to the best, or find terrible excuses to justify their shitty behavior. "Hating individuals on superficial levels isn't as bad as hating groups, so I'll do that". "I've only slept with my 25 last serious boyfriends/girlfriends, which isn't like having one-night-stands, therefore I'm not a whore" (I'd put ten quotation marks around "serious"). "If I got pregnant by not giving a damn about caution, I'd get an abortion, no questions asked. It's not like the fetus really cares anyway" (or as I've heard it, "the egg". Though this classifies more as an "I don't actually understand the social issue at hand at all and don't want to" situation). But the absolute worst is "It's not cocaine, so it's not as bad. Therefore, it's fine if I constantly get piss-drunk, smoke tobacco and get stoned". In a way this sort of comes back to that Chinese girl you were talking about earlier who thought "It's okay to be racist if one anus in particular was racist towards you". The community thread is only becoming more of another rant thread at this point, though. Not that I'm complaining or anything; just a remark. Also, truth to be told, I do confess that I have gotten rather bitter and cynical over the past few months, so maybe I don't really have the right to complain. For instance, Fred Phelps, in the mid-20th century, was a civil rights activist and was hailed as a hero within the black community. Today he is known as the founder and leader of the Westboro Baptist Church. Thank you, Cracked.

I could move these posts to the rant thread, but it's like... work and stuff.
But yeah, I agree with both of you. Though I think we're all guilty of doing what Joel's mentioned at one point or another.

Oh yeah, about that Chinese girl, she's posted on Old MTB
