How can I improve the look of this guitar?
Yeah, I know it looks like there's smudges/dirt/whatever at spots; that's just the odd lighting.
Basically, I'll be washing off the silver-ish stuff (because I've decided I don't like it), which is actually paint (done with a paint marker and washes off with water). I'll be touching up the orange-ish stripe. But I can't decide what I should do with the space where the silver stuff is. Should I just leave it black? Should I paint something cool on there? (My sister's an artist, so I may enlist her, lol.) What do, MTB?!
Thoughts? Ideas? Suggestions?
P.S.: I do want to keep the spots where the paint of the guitar itself chipped. For character. Plus, it'd be a big project to fix that anyway, and I can't be arsed.
