Good for you too then. Getting over being particularly awkward is a great feeling. It's almost all in the confidence I think. For me, it was all about being afraid to be myself and how I'd be judged by being noticed doing things. It also helps that I don't really judge people anymore so that's not something that's always on my mind, as well as not hating everyone and everything I see so I don't have to act like I don't. And I know how to deal with awkward people so they don't hate me and I can try to break them out of it a bit too, so I think it's best this way.
Yeah apart from a few times where I felt really really bad about my appearance I've never had much of a problem talking to girls either, but I'd still usually feel a bit anxious internally.
