If you want a healthy alternative to *insert beverage here*, just drink water. Normal water. And tap water, because its ridiculously cheap and anything else is a huge ripoff.
Also its not that expensive to eat healthy. You just have to keep it simple, like I've mostly just been eating a chicken breast and some steamed vegetables for dinner since I've been at school. Really its not about magical "healthy foods", its just about getting the right balance of carbs, proteins, and lipids (fats), and then you want to try to get your vitamins and minerals in as well.
You can do special things like gluten free and stuff, but thats just for some people.
