So I have a realistic question.
I have pretty decent anxiety issues. Would it be worth seeing someone about it?
My only concern is that I really don't want to be prescribed medication. I'm not a fan of meds. And I know that I could do something like extensive therapy, but I'm worried that it would take up too much time which is probably the biggest cause of my anxiety as it is. Especially now that I'm not getting out of my house, and my pops had rotator cuff surgery so everything that needs to be done around my house has fallen on me on top of classes and work.
