Yeah, the only negativity in my reaction is due to my memory distorting my expectation of it. Which kinda sucks, since now I can't really enjoy it as I should be able to, while the super-brilliant film I remembered has ceased to exist.
Don't call Adam a jew. He can't hear you. 3:

I love 16mm film, the textures it gives is pretty cool

The main differences between 16mm and 35mm are depth of field and focal lengths (and, of course, price). The textures/colors are completely dependent on the type of film, the lighting and the DOP rather than film size. I mean, sure you'll get less color saturation and more noise, but with a good DOP you probably wouldn't be able to tell the difference.

I didn't remember Eternal Sunshine that well this morning. Actually even watching it I didn't entirely remember it. So I guess that probably helped it.

I only watch 3-cast Hebrew-translated Russian tragedies with French subtitles, that are filmed in black and white with a pre-1936 camera.

I only watch movies in 3d because it's the way of the future.

I usually hate 3D at theaters but it's actually really cool on 3D TVs, the ones that need the expensive glasses anyway. It's a different technology and looks a lot more real and effective.

^I wish I liked Anchorman more.

Yeah, I don't really like Anchorman much. I think it's partly due to the fact that before I watched, my friends really hyped it up, plus I'd heard most of the best jokes quoted by them and on the internet, so they weren't funny in the film.

I had the same thing. Everyone was like "WTF DUDE YOU HAVENT SEEN ANCHORMAN!???" and then by the time I watched I was kinda like "that was it?"
