I just got into both of their albums, personally I prefer their singer in Animals, but their other singer grew on me. They're a mix of math rock and indie rock.

I like them. Quite a bit.
I think I prefer their newer singer, I found the other guy's voice got a bit grating sometimes. Still like to listen to Animals though. Solid album. JoelCarli Wrote:Well curiosity killed the Maps.

My problem with Animals is that most of the songs all kind of sounds the same. They at least changed it up here and there on 13

Yeah, I know what you mean. I prefer to listen to Animals fairly infrequently, or it gets a bit repetitive, or just listen to tracks individually.

Yeah. I think Animals is fantastic but I agree about listening infrequently. Really disliked 13 at first but after a long time I finally think it might be better than Animals. A lot more diverse and creative, for sure.

Yeah, I initially came in wanting 13 to be an Animals 2, but now I'm liking it more and more.

I haven't really gotten into their new album yet. Still just letting Animals sink. Love it though. Those guitar lines are hypnotic

God, I can't believe how much I like this album now. It gets better every time I hear it. So much cool stuff going on and I love all the vibes I get from it.

I really want to get Animals on vinyl because I love the album cover, and you have a fuckin panda on the vinyl disc. |
