I guess I've always been very careful with mine. I want to say they're constructed pretty solidly, but I've never really wanted to find out lol

I can confirm that it will break if you drop it. Not even a few times; just the once will do it. I glued it back together and it still works though.

(It's later on, iirc.) It does sound abrasive, but I think it's an interesting effect. It'd be interesting too, if you had a wah pedal (al Dunlop Crybaby) and used the violin bow. Note that Page uses a lot of delay here, but a wah pedal would be interesting, I think. The technique would be a bit awkward at first, but it'd be doable. |
