Rate the Music Above You - Mr Maps - 02-08-2013
Post a video of music you enjoy, and the person below then rates it out of ten, giving a reason. They then post a video, and the person below does the same etc. to continue the cycle. It's a good way of finding and sharing new music, plus it means we'll have more posts in the music forum, what with this being a music-based forum'n'all.

Pretty good. Liked the instrumentation, got a nice guitar tone. I think with more listens I could like it more.

4/10. I've always tolerated/appreciated Waits, but I've always just found his general sound to be dated and that track doesn't really feature much of what Waits does really well.
I recommend just listening without watching the video, but I'm not a fan of videos in general. This is from You Say Party, We Say Die's album Lose All Time which is one of my favorites of ever. This song just hits me in the feels.

6/10 i'm torn. middle school me thought this song was the shit. current me finds it pretty eh. it's hard not to feel good listening to it though... but that could just be the nostalgia lol.
